Admissions

New admissions are mostly done at the junior level (Tots, Playgroup & Nursery). Admission in other classes is only done if a vacancy arises. A waiting list is maintained with the names and telephones of children for all classes and called when there is a vacancy throughout the year. However, this does not apply to new branches starting their admissions for the first time.

Information Regarding Admission

•  Registration Form and Prospectus is given out to parents.

•  Parents have to fill the Registration and Admission forms and submit those forms back to school office with a copy of birth certificate and two passport size photographs.

•  A challan form for Registration Fee is made which has to be deposited in the prescribed bank.

•  Test and interviews are held in the month of May for the next academic session.

•  Parents are intimated about the date/day of the admission test and interview through post/courier.

•  List of the final children selected is put up within ten (10) days of the tests held.

•  Parents have to submit the Fee Bill within three (3) days. Another two (2) days are given to pay the bill with fine otherwise the name is struck off and the Bank is asked not to receive the fee unless the fee bill is brought to school and signed by the Principal/Branch Head.

•  A copy of school rules is given to each parent.

•  Parents are provided a homework copy once they have paid the dues (excluding Playgroup).

Registration

Registering a child means that the child will be tested, but it does not guarantee admission. Admission depends on: -

•  Written test

•  Parent's educational background and interview taken by the Principal/Branch Head.
