Registration

Registering a child means that the child will be tested, but it does not guarantee admission. Admission depends on: -

  • Written test

    • Grades I – III                 English, Mathematics, Urdu

    • Grades IV – VI               English, Mathematics, Science, Urdu

  • Interview of child and both parents by the Principal / Branch Head.

Admissions

New admissions are mostly done at the junior level (Tots, Playgroup & Nursery). Admission in other classes is only done if a vacancy arises. A waiting list is maintained with the names and telephones of children for all classes and parents are called when there is a vacancy any time during the year.

Admissions Procedure

  • Registration Form and Prospectus is given out to parents.

  • Parents  must  fill the Registration and Admission forms and submit these  back to the School Office with a copy of the child’s birth certificate and two passport size photographs.

  • A Challan Form for Registration Fee is issued which has to be deposited in the prescribed bank.

  • Test and interviews are held in the month of May for the next academic session.

  • Parents are intimated about the date/day of the admission test and interview through post/courier.

  • List of the final children selected is put up within ten (10) days of the tests held.

  • A copy of School Rules is given to each parent.

  • Parents are provided a homework copy once they have paid the dues (excluding Playgroup).

Information About Age-group (September – June)

Admissions are done against vacancies in each grade depending on dropouts or posting/transfers.

Grade I

6+ years (at the time new sessions starts – end of August)

Grade II

7+ years (at the time new sessions starts – end of August)

Grade III

8+ years (at the time new sessions starts – end of August)

Grade IV

9+ years (at the time new sessions starts – end of August)

Grade V

10+ years (at the time new sessions starts – end of August)

Grade VI

11+ years (at the time new sessions starts – end of August)

Promotion Policy

Students are promoted to the next grade by the Promotions Committee (PC). Please refer to the School Rules in the Prospectus for details of PC.
